The Titans

·         The Titans- gods who ruled the earth before the Olympians overruled them

-          Known as the elder gods. They were associated with the planets during their rule.

-          The ruler of the Titans, Cronus, was de-throned by his son Zeus. The Titans fought with Cronus against Zeus and were punished by being banished to Tartarus.
